SignServer Community 5.11 is released

This release introduces Debian package signing and includes a refreshed SignServer Community UI and Bouncy Castle 1.72.

Release highlights:

• Debian package signing - SignServer Community now supports signing of Debian packages using the dpkg-sig format and OpenPGP keys.
• Refreshed UI - SignServer Community now features a Keyfactor branded user interface.
• Bouncy Castle upgraded to version 1.72
